Acolad’s AI Data Services application asks for an English résumé in PDF format, language proficiency, skills and background. Applicants enter a talent pool and are contacted for matching projects.
All projects are freelance. The form advertises flexible scheduling and remote work; it does not establish a country-by-country eligibility list. Signing the linked consent, vendor terms and privacy documentation is required for project allocation and payment.
Acolad sets rates and workload per project. Its linked vendor terms set payment at 45 days end of month unless a purchase order, additional agreement or applicable law specifies otherwise.
Bank transfer is the default unless otherwise agreed, with each party paying bank fees at its own end. The application also offers Payoneer and PayPal as preferences; availability requires agreement. The linked terms are dated January 2026.
The application’s linked Data Services consent covers audio, video, text and images used for AI training and testing, and assigns collected data and related rights to Acolad’s customer.

A LinkedIn contributor reported an AI classification project paid on its agreed 45-day schedule; a reply reported payment outstanding after 52 days. In a separate Reddit discussion, one contributor describing July 2026 LLM review work reported delayed purchase-order issuance that prevented invoicing.
