Age and lawful participation

Official information

Voice AI participation requires age 18 or older and must be lawful where you participate. The terms exclude sanctioned persons and people located or ordinarily resident in comprehensively sanctioned territories.

Silencio describes contributions as voluntary and says they do not create an employment or service relationship.

Voice-data rights and withdrawal

Official information

Silencio’s current terms require an irrevocable worldwide assignment of voice-data rights, or a perpetual exclusive licence where assignment is not legally possible. They describe recordings as identifiable personal data and require consent to recording, biometric processing and sale. On withdrawal, Silencio says it deletes source recordings, removes them from future sale and makes reasonable efforts to suppress data downstream. Past processing is not reversed, and complete deletion from an already-trained model may not be possible.

Voice AI terms version 2.0, effective 21 September 2026. Accounts record the version accepted; updating this document does not change earlier agreements. The terms say intellectual-property assignment does not reduce data-protection rights. These are the provider’s stated terms, not a verification of its deletion practices.

Pay

Raffle coins, claims and voice pay

Payment terms

Silencio describes USDC base pay for accepted voice work separately from SLC raffles. In-app Coins count as raffle tickets. SLC prizes must be claimed within 21 days and vest over 30 days after claim. The rules say unclaimed prizes are burned; another paragraph says they may be burned or reallocated. Token eligibility depends on local airdrop rules.

Raffle terms are separate from Voice AI payment; a ticket is not a stated cash earning.

Optional staking and withdrawals

Payment terms

The staking page says staked tokens cannot be withdrawn during the staking period. In-app staking uses raffle rewards; tokens withdrawn from the app cannot be re-staked there. Separate on-chain staking requires native tokens for transaction fees.

Optional token features, not a prerequisite stated here for paid voice tasks.

USDC for purchased voice data

Payment terms

Voice contributions earn USDC, a dollar-pegged stablecoin, when a client purchases the data. Payment also requires quality validation, client approval and compliant submission. Completed tasks separately earn raffle tickets for monthly SLC token prizes.

Voice AI contributions; rejected, unused or unpurchased data may remain unpaid. Voice-data rights are assigned to Silencio under its participation terms.
