DoorDash’s March 2026 announcement describes a pilot for Dashers, including a standalone app for recording speech and everyday activities to train AI and robotics. It lists select US locations, excluding California, New York City, Seattle and Colorado.

An existing Dasher route is required; this is not open global remote work. The current developer page still directs prospective contributors to Dasher signup. The announcement’s geography is dated, not a complete live rollout map.
