Hub’s April agreement names Hub Technologies Ltd. for ownership assignment but Hub Data, Inc. in its contact section; September operator facts name Hub Data, Inc.

The agreement assigns broad perpetual rights, including likeness/synthetic reuse without further compensation. Its scope exceeds the newer AI/robotics data-use summary. Confirm the contracting entity and applicable reuse terms.
