Official information

Kled says you retain ownership, but grants itself worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable rights to uploaded content. AI and machine-learning uses are exclusive to Kled; the terms require repayment if the relevant rights are withdrawn or invalidated.

Contributors need the necessary permissions. Personal data of under-18s and AI-generated content are prohibited.

Payment terms

Kled values accepted uploads by quality, uniqueness and buyer demand rather than a fixed per-file rate. Its help lists PayPal, Venmo or Solana (SOL) cash-out, with a minimum shown as $25, a government-ID and selfie check, and applicable tax forms.

Data licensing and targeted tasks; the help page does not name the dollar currency. Upload terms grant a perpetual licence, exclusive for AI and machine-learning use.

Kled’s April 2026 token explanation associates $KLED rewards with correct validations through its separate UFDP browser-extension service. It also says converting app cash earnings into XP forfeits that cash.

UFDP rewards and optional app-level purchases are distinct from regular data-upload cash-out.

In a 12 June 2026 Trustpilot review, Rabis Ahmed reported completing identity verification and uploading 72 original photos or videos without earnings after just over a week. A separate 13 May review reported a fast payout but gave no work detail.

The Block reported in June 2026 that Kled integrated its licensing and contributor receipts with DATA Network while remaining a separate company. DATA Foundation’s CEO told the outlet that contributor payouts included fiat or stablecoins, including USDC on DATA Chain.
