Pay

Task-based pay and twice-monthly payments

Payment terms

Most engagements pay per task, deliverable or project. Many rates use an estimated handling time; some pilot, QA and leadership work pays by the hour.

Rates depend on specialization, seniority, complexity and quality. Work from the 1st–15th is paid by month-end; later work by the next 15th. For a first payment, Taste asks contributors to reply to its finance email with payout details within two to three days. Payments use international bank transfers in supported currencies.
